Music in media is almost universally misunderstood, yet continues to grow as integral source of income and exposure for artists, writers, producers, players, and a full ecosystem of businesses that rely on them. 

The Sync Room is not a class or workshop, it is a quarterly series of talks that feature discussion, learning, sharing and networking.

This is why they must be in person. This is The Sync Room’s superpower.

Many are attempting a similar concept via Zoom (etc), and a few of them are genuinely good, but they lack the depth and focus of in-person communication, and they rarely run to completion.

Our goal is to show people the shape and trajectory of the sync universe without the vending machine, guest-biased info they get at film festivals, listening sessions, and expos.

A Sync Room can be at the same venue as the last, or we might hop around, depending on where our people are.


Here is the current overview, which evolves in stride with the times, moment, and market:

11 am to 1 pm

2 pm to 4 pm

takes a deep dive into the details of of the sync tripod via POV
